Sharing one’s own truths in a way that is respectful, without blame, justification, or put down are cornerstone concepts highly effective persons demonstrate. This workshop emphasizes the importance of assuming value in others, staying engaged and using interactive, high-gain skills to keep difficult conversations on track and moving toward mutual understanding, resolution, and positive commitment. Program Goal Enable participants to initiate and conduct effective and accountable conversations with others when the topics are challenging or difficult.
