DocuWise: HR’s Guide to Recordkeeping

A practical session on building and maintaining effective HR documentation. Participants learn what to document, why it matters, and how to protect both employees and the organization through proper recordkeeping.

This training program includes a simulation-style activity to help reinforce the knowledge and skills gained by attending this session.

To equip HR professionals with the tools and knowledge to implement strong recordkeeping practices that support legal compliance and organizational integrity.

By the end of this program, we aim to equip participants to:

  • Document workplace events appropriately
  • Identify records to retain or discard
  • Create a recordkeeping schedule and system
  • Safeguard records against breaches
