The word “accountability” often evokes a variety of emotions and responses depending on whether you are on the giving or receiving end of an accountability conversation. The best leaders create the conditions for accountability by establishing safety and trust with those who’s performance they are guiding. 

Course Goal
To enable participants to hold accountable conversations more often and more effectively.

Course Objectives
After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Maintain focus on the “right” issues and not get sidetracked
  • Establish trust in the first 30 seconds of an accountable conversation
  • Recognize the balance between motivation and ability issues 
  • Recognize and remediate corporate structural barriers to accountability
  • Create an Accountability Action Plan that will work

Participants will receive a copy of “Crucial Accountability: Tools for Resolving Violated Expectations, Broken, Commitments, and Bad Behavior.”
