New Employee Onboarding

New Employee Onboarding
Topic-Human Resources | Topic-HRCI | Topic-SHRM

Robust and effective employee onboarding programs have been shown to dramatically increase employee engagement, productivity, and positively influence retention. While some companies attain degrees of success with their onboarding efforts, most forego the maximum benefits possible in favor of faster and easier onboarding approaches that may seem reasonable, but fail to produce desired results.

  • Explain the relevance and importance of a robust onboarding process
  • State the common issues, limitations, and problems with less effective onboarding processes
  • Describe the stages and elements of effective onboarding and the key roles and partners involved in each stage
  • Select the best approaches and practices for designing & developing a comprehensive and effective onboarding process for their organization
