HRG January 2022 Meeting
NOW VIRTUAL - NEW DATE | Engaging a Hybrid Workforce
| Topic-Human Resources | Topic-HRCI | Topic-SHRM
We are nearing our second year of re-imaging our businesses and making several adaptive changes to rise above these challenging times. Many organizations are experiencing a hybrid workforce which provides interesting opportunities along with many new challenges. For some of us, the solutions, and “pivots” we have made were long overdue and for others, they have become a recurring part of the “new normal”. Either way, we’ve all learned that resisting change doesn’t work very well…all it does is create the likelihood of more change.
Will the accelerating use of virtual technology positively influence your organization…or will it do something different?
This engaging and interactive session will help shed some light on what you’ve experienced over the last year, and more importantly, help you to take action by preparing you and your organization for leveraging the opportunities provided by a hybrid work model.
Key session Topics
Importance of embracing various work environments
Hybrid workforce engagement strategies
Tactics for team engagement in a partially remote work environment
Review of work models and remote policy agreements
This program has been submitted for credits with HRCI under the HR Service Delivery Functional Area and with SHRM under the Employee Engagement and Retention Functional Area.
We look forward to your joining us for this educational, information-filled session!
