HRG September 2021 Meeting

HRG September 2021 Meeting
CLOSED | How to Navigate Difficult Conversations | Topic-Human Resources | Topic-HRCI | Topic-SHRM

Please join us for a session on developing the mindset & skills to successfully navigate difficult conversations.
The ideal state during difficult conversations is to stand your ground while remaining curious and kind.  The leadership challenge is to choose a more mature response under stress.  We will work on a step-by-step process to guide you through successful difficult conversations.

After this session, you will feel more prepared to have that conversation you’ve been putting off.  To aid in your continued learning, we provide 2 free infographics that will cement the concepts & offer details for deeper understanding

Key Session Topics

  • Understand why difficult conversations are so tough
  • Work through how that translates to behavior – what you will actually be doing if you were more willing to be uncomfortable
  • Discern your personal barriers for effective communication when emotions are high
  • Learn and practice key strategies for improving your ability to have tough conversations

This program has been approved for credits with HRCI and SHRM.

We look forward to your joining us for this educational, information-filled session!
