After completing this course, participants will be able to:
Explain emotional intelligence and why it’s critical to performance
Describe the 4 domains of emotional intelligence
Assess their emotional intelligence against 18 competencies
Implement strategies to increase self-awareness, intentional thinking, social awareness, and relationship management
employees who work with others and want to increase the effectiveness of interactions (through managing their own emotions) as well as developing the ability to understand, interpret, and respond to the emotions of others.
