This program is required for the HR Skills Certificate
To enable participants to communicate and clarify job responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations.
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
Understand the components of the Performance Management System
Understand and be able to set clear expectations
Learn about on-going feedback and coaching
Conduct more effective performance appraisals
Utilize a progressive disciplinary process
