Included is the process of positive progressive discipline to be applied when job performance is not meeting expectations. This program is required for the HR Skills Certificate.

To enable participants to communicate and clarify job responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations.

Course Objectives
After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the components of the Performance Management System 
  • Understand and be able to set clear expectations
  • Learn about on-going feedback and coaching
  • Conduct more effective performance appraisals
  • Utilize a progressive disciplinary process
