Often when they do decide to face the issue, they further complicate the problem by creating another set of issues. Learn how to handle complex, controversial or sensitive issues.

  • Differentiate between thoughts & feelings and inferences.
  • Reduce the negative effect of initial impressions in conflict situations.
  • Identify the Third Story in conflict situations.
