It seems we all want to position ourselves as Strategic HR Business Partners… but what exactly does that mean?  We’ll spend an hour or so wrestling with a few of the critical questions for today’s HR Professionals. These include:

  • What is a “Strategic HR Business Partner”… and how do I make sure I am one, or can become one?
  • Who exactly is the “Customer”, anyway? 
  • What is our business and how does it work? 
  • HR Tools - The latest and greatest! (…and who really cares?) 
  • Implications…what does this all mean?
