2019 TEA / HRG Fall HR Conference
Laying a New Foundation for HR | Topic-Leadership | Topic-Human Resources

The Employers’ Association (TEA) in conjunction with the Human Resources Group of West Michigan (HRG) are co-hosting the 2019 Fall HR Conference.  This critical conference will focus on the most current information and tools necessary for HR professionals to develop themselves, employees, and ultimately their organizations in an ever evolving business climate.

The conference includes two one-hour sessions followed by an opportunity to choose a final one-hour program (from two concurrent sessions).  The sessions are designed to equip participants with the latest thinking and practices from preparing for the future function of Human Resources to brain science regarding performance discussions as well as selecting the right Human Resources Information System and the latest practices in career management (for participants and others).

Future of HR: Surviving to Thriving in the Age of Disruption

Changing the Conversation: Re-examining Performance Feedback and Why Change Must Start with You
