Course Goal
To provide leaders with tools to increase their competencies in emotional intelligence using the 4 domains of Self Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management.
Course Objectives
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
Explain emotional intelligence and why it’s critical to leadership performance
Describe the 4 domains of emotional intelligence
Integrate emotional intelligence into their leadership style
Assess their emotional intelligence against 18 competencies
Define the six styles of leadership and how they relate to resonant leadership
Identify which competencies they’ll need to develop to effectively lead others
