HRG June 2019 Meeting

HRG June 2019 Meeting
FULL | Fact Finding - Strategies, Realities and Legalities!

Workplace investigations can be the bane of HR’s existence, but when done well they can solve problems and help to create solutions for improved company performance on many levels.  Please join us for this opportunity to learn how to do workplace investigations well from our panel of experts who have “seen it all”!

Our experts will break down the steps of investigations including understanding why knowing the business is critical to creating a consistent approach, determining who is involved (and who needs to be), which regulations impact investigations and what to keep in mind when those high risk situations occur.  They will cover the investigation process (flow) as demonstrated by actual case studies and they will include the legal issues to look out for including discrimination, retaliation and more.

There will likely be tips and strategies you may not have thought of and creative examples that you can put to use right away!

We look forward to your joining us for this energetic, information-filled session!

This program will fulfill the SHRM competencies of: Critical Evaluation and Relationship Management.

This program will also fulfill the HRCI functional areas of Employee and Labor Relations along with Risk Management because it will assist executives in learning effective strategies for conducting workplace investigations effectively in order to maintain/build employee relations while minimizing legal or regulatory risks.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
