HRG May 2019 Meeting

HRG May 2019 Meeting
CLOSEDManaging Yourself Under Pressure & Stress!

This dynamic, fast paced, interactive session is designed with the Modern Professional in mind and addresses the specific challenges faced within the organization and with those they serve. The program provides participants with the knowledge to recognize how patterned responses drive their behaviors and how difficult it is to manage their own automatic responses to the demands of the business world coupled with the emotions of those around them. The “Leadership Moment” is defined and tools to manage ourselves in moments of tension and stress while learning to manage reactions of those around us are reviewed in this eye-opening session.

Participants are challenged to assess themselves and their current workplace and how they deal with challenging situations and difficult personalities on a daily basis. Strategies to deal with difficult people and situations with professionalism without compromising integrity will allow the audience to leave with real world solutions to the challenges they face every day.

Participants will leave with strategies for:

  • Gaining understanding of the power of Patterns and Habits and how our energy & attitude impact our jobs
  • Identifying our limits and our comfort zones
  • Recognizing when our actions do not create our intended outcomes
