The program provides participants with the knowledge to recognize how patterned responses drive their behaviors and how difficult it is to manage their own automatic responses to the demands of the business world coupled with the emotions of those around them. The “Leadership Moment” is defined and tools to manage ourselves in moments of tension and stress while learning to manage reactions of those around us are reviewed in this eye-opening session.
