Conflict in the workplace can be disruptive. Handled correctly, it can also be constructive. This seminar teaches managers, supervisors, and team leaders effective techniques for coaching employees who are involved in some form of conflict. Attendees will gain practical techniques for coaching employees and will increase their confidence in handling conflict effectively.

  • Identify six questions that must be answered prior to coaching.
  • Utilize a coaching tool to improve performance.
  • Explain what constitutes conflict
  • Choose the most effective corrective action model to use with individuals involved in conflict
