Engaged employees are safer, more productive, stay in an organization longer, and drive innovation.  Leaders need to understand strategies to increase engagement and tap into the right internal and external motivators of employees.  This half-day program helps leaders understand how and why to focus on employee engagement as well as better understanding of the factors in job satisfaction.

Course Goal
Provide leaders tools to increase employee engagement.

Course Objectives
After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Differentiate between Engaged, Not Engaged, and Actively Disengaged employees
  • List 3 activities to increase employee engagement
  • Identify intrinsic and extrinsic motivators of employees
  • Utilize various techniques to increase job satisfaction
