Core Leadership Skills - Late Summer 2018
Topic-Leadership | Every other Thursday
This series consists of 4 full-day sessions and is geared to those who currently lead others. Participants will learn leadership skills that can be applied immediately. Through a combination of hands-on coursework, assessments, case studies, and presentations, participants will leave the sessions eager to practice new skills and strive for greater success.

Series Goal
To provide participants the essential knowledge and skills in eight key areas needed for effective leadership.
Series Objectives
After completing this series, participants will be able to:
Explain their DiSC style and its impact on their leadership
Utilize 3 critical communication techniques
Engage employees and identify the relevant motivators
Coach employees to perform at high levels
Effectively delegate work
Set SMART goals with employees
Provide formal and/or informal performance reviews
Document and deliver disciplinary action
