Work of Leaders

Work of Leaders
Getting Results Through Vision, Alignment, and Execution | Topic-Leadership

This full-day program uses the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution to motivate leaders to understand their leadership style and how to be the most effective leader.  The program approaches leadership as a one-to-many relationship, as opposed to a one-to-one relationship of management. It focuses on tangible steps directed at leading a group or organization toward desired outcomes.

Work of Leaders helps leaders take action with personalized tips and strategies that give clear direction and are easy to apply. Context-specific feedback and developmental steps along with helpful case-in-point narratives show how progress can play out in real life. Receive a 20+ page leadership-style report providing feedback on how you scored on best practice behaviors of Crafting Vision, Building Alignment and Championing Execution and the actionable steps you can take to improve.
