Enhancing workplace inclusion is key to organizational success.  Leaders who aspire to have more engaged employees, more successful recruitment and retention efforts, and more creativity and innovation (among others) know that inclusive work environments have better results than those where attention to diversity minimal.  This interactive half-day program introduces leaders to many important topics regarding workplace inclusion.  It encourages leaders to identify their awareness levels and skills needed to capitalize on diversity.

Equip leaders with foundational knowledge and skills to help all employees feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated.
