ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION: SAYING IT WITH TACT - (required)
In this seminar, we will discuss assertive communication - what it is, what it’s not, why it’s important, and techniques for communicating assertively. Expect to improve your relationships and expand your ability to influence and gain commitment from co-workers and superiors.

CONFLICT STRATEGIES
This course will expose individuals to the different ways that people react in conflict situations, show them what their preferred strategy is in situations of conflict, and then help them plan to use a more integrating style of conflict resolution more effectively at work.

DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE: LEARNING TO RESPOND VERSUS REACT
Participants will learn the identifying behaviors of the seven challenging behaviors we encounter and will learn several different responses to each one. The objective is to re-direct the conversation to the issue at hand without getting tripped up with difficult behaviors.

EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
This program focuses on creating and maintaining a work environment in which employees feel valued, respected, and fairly treated.

INTEGRATING GENERATIONAL VALUES
This seminar outlines the four generations in the workforce today and identifies key characteristics for each generation. We provide insight into how each employee in your workforce can learn from the different generations, resulting in more effective communication, productivity and motivation.

TURNING CONFRONTATION INTO CONVERSATION
Along with the issues and challenges that frequently trouble organizations, departments and teams, are individuals who are unwilling or unable to deal with bad behaviors, missed deadlines or shirked responsibilities. Often when they do decide to face the issue, they further complicate the problem by creating another set of issues. Learn how to handle complex, controversial or sensitive issues.

WORKPLACE BULLIES: HOW TO HANDLE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
This seminar explores the behaviors of bullying and the impacts of this negative behavior on the bully’s victims and others. This course defines bullying and presents strategies for dealing effectively with bullying behavior.
