This year's Leadership & Human Resources Conference will focus on managing and implementing organizational change through the use of Emotional Intelligence, Personality Identification, and an overview of the skills needed to help others handle work-related transition.  The Annual Meeting Keynote will provide a framework for business leaders to ensure that Corporate Values and Management Legacies are maintained as the business goes through organizational and succession changes.

  A review of The Association's past year, our financial health and the practical HR Solutions we plan to provide that promote operational excellence and sustainability. Michael McKeown with McKeown Kraai Professionals, CPA's, will report on 2016 Financials, Directors will be elected and current Chair Herb Herbruck will share his thoughts on The Association.  Director Arthur Johnson will also give his personal observations about The Association from his 20+ years on the Board.
