Almost every organization has experienced an employee-related incident in which an outside expert’s opinion might have helped avoid litigation. The TEA Helpline is staffed with HR professionals skilled at offering solutions to your HR challenges before they get out of hand. The Helpline is provided as a FREE service to our members.

Round Tables

Join us for a networking round table session where members can gather with peers to share fresh ideas and timely concerns while providing experienced feedback to questions presented. These member networking opportunities allows professionals to meet with a small peer group of human resources and/or safety professionals.  Each round table session may involve a facilitated discussion and/or a speaker on a topic of concern to the group.
Human Resources Group of West Michigan (HRG)

HRG, a subsidiary of TEA , is a local chapter of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), a national organization with over 285,000 professional and student members. SHRM is the world's largest association dedicated to providing support and leadership for the growth and development of the profession.  Joining TEA waves individual HRG annual membership dues for TEA member employees completing an HRG application.  HRG membership provides additional networking opportunities and professional development (sessions are SHRM and HRCI certified).

The Employers' Association is now allied with HR Certification Institute (HRCI), the premier HR credentialing organization dedicated to setting the standard for HR mastery and excellence around the globe. There are many benefits to the HRCI + Employer Associations of America alliance.
