2021 Post COVID-19 Survey Report
The Coronavirus has (and will continue) to be a challenge for all of us.  TEA’s focus will continue to be as a valued and trusted HR partner to our community.  We will be monitoring and acting prudently upon the recommendations of the CDC, the State, and the Kent County Health Department as we make decisions going forward but are committed to meeting YOUR needs while doing our part to keep both your and our employees (as well as the community at large) safe and healthy.  You can count on TEA to support you and it is our intent to serve you during these uncertain times as follows:

  • TEA Staff is available to answer your Helpline calls and we will continue to work on projects to support your Organizational Development needs.  Email tea@teagr.org or call 616.698.1167 and we will be happy to help direct your calls accordingly.
  • TEA resumes classroom-based courses with attention to revised instructional practices, including reduced class sizes, use of masks and social distancing, along with strict adherence to site disinfection practices.  Please check our website often for updates on future programs, webinars and virtual trainings.
