Alyssa Hill, SHRM-CP, Manager, Human Resources Solutions

Alyssa joined The Employer’s Association in March 2022 bringing with her several years’ experience performing a variety of HR duties in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. A graduate of Grand Valley State University with a degree in Human Resources Management, Alyssa has been a SHRM - Certified Professional since 2019.

In her role as Manager of Human Resources Solutions, Alyssa is one of the main points of contact for members having HR questions seeking clear perspectives, validation, and advice via TEA’s “Helpline.”  Additionally, Alyssa supports HR practitioners through training, round table facilitation, conducting HR department audits, reviewing member company handbooks for compliance, and providing HR coaching as needed.
