Brian Bacon, Director, Engagement Services

Brian joined our team as Director of Engagement Services in September, 2018 and is responsible for continuing the growth of our Employee Engagement/Satisfaction Surveys, building and sustaining relationships with members and partners, coordinating membership growth, and identifying ways for TEA to stay engaged in the community.

Brian has 25+ years of experience conducting Corporate Assessments, defining specific organizational needs and providing appropriate targeted solutions that allow companies to become more effective, increase work force productivity, and improve their ability to recruit, train, and retain talented people.  Based on the outcome of the Assessments, Brian has conducted training in a broad range of areas inclusive of Leadership Development, Team Building, Effective Communications, Risk Management, Process Improvement, and Project Management.  His goal has always been to provide implementable solutions to a company’s most critical needs.
