The “clock is ticking.” Applications for the Going Pro Talent Fund Cycle 2 must be submitted no later than May 10th at 5:00 p.m. Typically, Going Pro funds are distributed twice per year in the fall and spring. Since time is short, your first step should be to contact your local Michigan Works! office to explain your interest in seeking Going Pro Funding. The Employers’ Association provides eligible training programs at 5570 Executive Parkway, Grand Rapids and onsite at companies receiving Going Pro funding to help improve the skills and abilities of their employees. Some of the eligible programs we provide include:
 
- Supervisory Skills and Leadership Development
- Operational and Quality Process Management
- Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD & T)
- Root Cause Analysis Project Management
- Blue Print Reading
- ISO 9000 Certification
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Disciplined Problem Solving and Corrective Action
