Do you have a plan for your career? For your HR Department? The L-3 HR Maturity Curve was created by L-3 HR personnel as a tool for the development of HR personnel and departments across L-3. It includes skills and competencies as well as metrics for each stage of HR development from Administration to Business Partner. Kathi Margo, Vice President of HR for L-3 Avionics Systems will be sharing this tool with us.

Kathi has been with Avionics System since 2001 and is responsible for strategic development planning in all areas of Human Resources including those that attract and retain their highly technical workforce. She has her Masters degree in Management from Aquinas and her Bachelors degree from GVSU and has also been active in many community groups.
