Applicant Referral Service

To assist our members looking to fill open positions, TEA maintains a Resume Bank of individuals who are actively seeking employment. Our bank currently contains resumes from those with a wide range of employment backgrounds including production, clerical, supervision, and middle and upper management. To access the applicant referral system, call or e-mail Kathy Smith (ksmith@teagr.org) with the qualification and experience level requirements. Resumes of matching candidates will be sent to members.

Individuals seeking employment may wish to place their resumes in our bank. We use these resumes to fill positions for 500+ employers in the greater Grand Rapids area. Employment Screening and Interviewing Services

For a minimal fee, TEA can save members time and money by screening resumes, doing telephone interviewing, and/or conducting face-to-face interviews with job applicants. Members can make informed hiring decisions by taking advantage of the low-cost, fast turnaround background checking service provided by one of our "sister" associations, AAIM.
