Wage/Salary Administration
Experienced Association professionals will work with your employee and management groups to develop job descriptions, analyze jobs by their essential functions, compare jobs both internally and externally to determine relative worth, then develop a competitive pay/benefits package which can be administered internally by your own personnel. We have developed more than 100 compensation administration systems for members during the past ten years within manufacturing, non-profit, educational and professional/service sectors.

Performance Management Programs
An organizations success can be measured by how well its employees are motivated. Great employers encourage their employees to establish performance goals, then provide objective feedback as to their progress at accomplishing the goals. The Association has years of experience helping members develop systems that help to develop performance goals, communicate management expectations, then monitor and feedback objective measurements of goal accomplishments.

Strategic Planning -
Organizations are constantly moving with the daily rush of production, customer service, logistics and financial concerns. Frequently little time is set aside for investigating the future issues that need to be addressed to further growth and step out ahead of the competition. The most successful organizations review their planning process every three to five years to determine the core initiatives that need to be tackled in a systematic way. TEA offers facilitation of a structured planning process that will look at your vision for the future and assist you in putting a plan into place to effectively strengthen your future position.

Build a systematic approach to employee development through the creation of competency-based jobs that reflect the actual skills that your current or future employees need on the job. We can assist you with developing competencies for each job or job families that you have. From this we can then help you to link your jobs to performance appraisals and job expectations and create development plans geared to the specific skills that your employees need on the job.
