Testimonial

After searching various HR sites on my own for about 15-20 minutes, I called TEA for assistance. I left a very specific topic (I was looking for "bad hire costs"). I was so impressed that within ten minutes, I had an email from Rob Strate...with a PERFECT article/white paper on the subject. The article far exceeded what I had found on my own. I need to remember that TEA is truly an extension of my HR department! Thank you!

“The employee opinion survey that TEA did for us was a success! Your willingness to coordinate with our schedule allowed us to conduct the survey with little disruption to the daily business operation. The conduction of the survey, both on line and on site, really allowed us to reach out to all groups, giving us a clearer picture of how the employees perceive our management, communication skills, and working conditions. We look forward to having TEA conduct another survey for us in a few years so that we may continue to improve our company and its competitiveness by becoming an employer of choice.”
