About TEA
The Employers’ Association is a not-for-profit employers’ association, formed in 1939, with offices in Grand Rapids serving the West Michigan employer community. We help more than 600 member companies maximize employee productivity and minimize employer liability through human resources and management advice, training, survey data, and consulting services.

You may need telephone advice about an issue or situation you’ve not dealt with recently. You can call us for practical help that will be held in the strictest of confidence. Perhaps you’ve identified an area that could be improved with specific HR-related leadership or communications training. We offer a variety of programs that can be modified to incorporate your specific needs. Maybe you need benchmark information to validate your external competitiveness. We have it within the dozens of surveys we conduct each year.
