Robert Strate, SPHR, Director of HR Services

 

Rob StrateRob joined The Employers’ Association in 1992 and has extensive experience as an instructor for a variety of human resource related training programs and leadership classes. He has responsibility for TEA’s employment services and also provides consulting to TEA members, primarily through administration of employee opinion surveys. Prior to joining TEA, Rob was Vice President of Human Resources for a local defense industry aerospace firm. In addition to his 20+ years of human resources experience, he has over ten years of diversified business experience including engineering, sales and safety consulting. Rob received a B.S. in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University and also earned Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
