Thanks for visiting our section of the website. We have so many wonderful offerings and ideas for development for you and your organization. Make sure you take a look at our seminar offerings as we are always updating and attempting to bring the most current training and development solutions to you. If you don't see something that you need, please give any of our educational services staff a call and we will get you what you need. We can bring any program to your workplace as well as offer speakers for meetings, facilitators for planning sessions and help with training needs analysis. You will also notice that our online store offers a variety of products, seminars, development service and more for your registration ease.

 

One of our most exciting offerings is our newly reinvented Core Leadership Skills Certificate offered in a 40-hour program. We know that as we do more with less, we have less time to devote to professional programs. Our new Core Leadership Skills Certificate takes this into account and offers a refined approach to leadership in five 1-day sessions over ten weeks. We have designed the program this way to insure that there is plenty of time between sessions to practice and enhance the newly learned skills. We hope you will send lots of your leaders and potential leaders to this program.

HRCI Approved Provider

TEA is an Approved Provider of recertification credit hours by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), an independent, internationally recognized certifying body for the HR profession.  Many of TEA's programs are pre-approved by HRCI for recertification credit toward your PHR or SPHR designation.
