Core Leadership Skills Certificate

 

OVERVIEW
This five-part leadership skills certificate focuses on foundational leadership principles and skills needed by every leader or potential leader. We have also added an action learning piece to the program that utilizes a leadership style assessment.

Participants will learn leadership skills that can be applied immediately. Through a combination of hands-on coursework, assessments, presentations and a learning log, everyone will leave the sessions eager to practice new skills and strive for greater success.

Session 5 - Leadership in Action

This session pulls together all of the learning in the previous sessions and provides two action opportunities for stronger leadership.  Each participant will take the Situational Leadership II® assessment to find out about his/her leadership styles as well as how to better diagnose situations and utilize a range of styles.  This interactive session will also involve a leadership game and activities.  The second half of the day will be spent in individual presentations to the group.

 

COST
The cost for this 40-hour certificate is $925 per participant for member companies and $1100 for non-members. Non-member companies must submit payment prior to the start of each class.
