Webinars

The Employers' Association and Mountain States Employer Council are pleased to announce a new collaborative partnership. Beginning in June 2009, TEA will increase the library of webinars to include both On-Demand and scheduled webinars, with a wider choice of dates and times for scheduled webinars. For your convenience, within 48-72 hours after a scheduled webinar runs, it will be available On-Demand.

On-Demand Webinars are a good way to share information with your staff. You can build your own Lunch and Learn series with on-demand Webcasts. These sessions are designed to be viewed using Windows Media Player version 6.0 or higher.

Benefits of a Webinar:
• You don’t have to leave your office – saves time and gas!
• Save training $$. The number of attendees is limited only by how many people you can fit in the room!
• Real time interaction. You get answers to your specific situations directly from the instructor!
• Immediately apply what you learn! Conference materials are provided to you during the webinar and as
   reference after the webinar.
• HRCI approved in most cases. HR professionals can earn credits without leaving the office!
• Some webinars are free!

Technical Requirements:
• A computer with Internet access – hooked up to a projector if you have many attendees.
• A speaker phone (hands-free works) to broadcast to a room full of employees.
