Online Registration/Shopping:
This website offers online capabilities to register for seminars/programs and to purchase products and services. You are authorized to place orders for your company. An automated email order confirmation will be sent to you upon checkout. Pre-payment is required from non-members, members have the option to pre-pay.
Seminar/Program Registrations:
Your HR/Training person will receive a confirmation by email one week before the seminar/program, provided there is sufficient enrollment. If the seminar/program is cancelled by TEA, they will be notified at least three (3) days before the start date.
Cancellations:
Seminar/program cancellations must be in writing (email or fax is acceptable: email:
Training department or fax: 616-698-6624). Cancellations must be received at least three (3) business days prior to the first day of class. Pre-paid registrations, cancelled at least three (3) business days prior to the first day of class, will receive 100% refund. No shows will be charged the full price. Participant substitutions may be made at any time.
Shipping/Returns:
Delivery will occur within 7 business days. (Non-members must prepay prior to delivery.) Returns within 30 days of order date will receive a full refund.
