Joining The Employers’ Association is a cost-effective decision. Your annual membership fee provides a wide range of services to prevent HR problems. Federal Mandatory Poster Update

Effective August 1, 2016, employers must post new Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) postings.


The Department of Labor has removed penalty amounts from the posters and has added a section about the rights of nursing mothers to the FLSA poster.

Almost every organization has experienced an employee-related incident in which an outside expert’s opinion might have helped avoid litigation. The TEA Helpline is staffed with HR professionals skilled at offering solutions to your HR challenges before they get out of hand. The Helpline is provided as a FREE service to our members.


TEA manages a library of business books on management and human resources for its member companies to utilize. Members can come in to take a look or just call and we’ll do the research for you and send it to you!
