The TEA Hotline is staffed with HR professionals skilled at offering solutions to your HR challenges before they get out of hand. The Hotline is provided as a FREE service to our members.

Library

TEA manages a library of business books on management and human resources for its member companies to utilize. Members can come in to take a look or just call and we’ll do the research for you and send it to you!

The Employers’ Association is pleased to offer a strategic HR Metrics tool, developed in conjunction with other employer associations from across the country.
