This program focuses on the leadership tactics and skills of setting expectations and providing feedback for reinforcement and feedback for improvement.

Course Goal
To prepare leaders to effectively set expectations and provide feedback to employees.

Course Objectives
After completing this module, participants will be able to:

  • Apply a two-step process for communicating clear expectations
  • Determine the proper use of four measurable and/or observable criteria in setting expectations
  • Develop a plan to set expectations with an employee
  • Provide feedback for reinforcement using a three step process
  • Provide feedback for improvement using a five step process
