Topic-Leadership | Module 1 from Introduction to Leadership program

Leading others effectively starts with understanding and leading oneself first. This program helps new and developing leaders to understand their own leadership strengths and challenges and how each of these influence others. Additionally, this program provides specific instruction detailing the mindsets, approaches, and skills demonstrated by the best, most effective leaders.

Course Goal
To prepare participants for their roles as leader and manager and to best utilize their skills based on their preferred style.

Course Objectives
After completing this module, participants will be able to:

  • Differentiate between leadership and management
  • Determine the appropriate techniques to manage relationships and remain professional
  • Identify their leadership style and its impact

Designed For:
 New and potential team leaders or supervisors.
